McKenzie Friend costs are an affordable way to support you through the family court process as a result in the decline in legal aid. This is not a solicitors or barristers service , we provide information and support around the process and guide you carefully.

Ourkidfirst McKenzie Friend costs reflect this and the fact we are registered paralegals, not Solicitors or Barristers. We do have legal qualifications and  several years experience in this area. Further we  have the benefit of being both child centred and very conscious of ensuring value for money. 

Ourkidfirst McKenzie Friend costs are designed to be able to allow you to get through this and still have money in the family pot for what matters most. 

Our rates Mckenzie Friend costs are:

  • £70 per hour for help interviewing, supporting and attending court
  • £350  daily rate
  • Fixed Fees are available upon request.

We also provide an enormous amount of free information for those on benefits.
